Standard Instructions of Pasting Ricon Head Flat Cables
一:由于粘贴对象属于贵重喷头,所以首先需要构造一个无尘布桌面,以及各种所需工具,如图(2-1)。喷头需轻拿轻放。
First a non-dust desk surface and tools below are needed (seen photo 2-1). The print head must be handled with care.
1.剪刀*1pcs
2.喷头若干
3.3J抗干扰屏蔽隔离电磁波防辐射银灰色平纹单面胶*1卷(50mm宽)
4.3J布基胶带*1卷(100mm宽)
1. 1x scissors
2. A number of print heads
3. 1x single-side adhesive 3J
4. 1x duct tape (100mm )

二:抗干扰胶布的裁剪与粘贴
To cut our and paste with single-side adhesive
1.首先截取抗干扰胶布长度320mm 大致与喷头排线矩形部分长度相同(如图2-2 2-3)。
First cut out 320mm-long single-side adhesive, similar to the length of the flat cables (Seen 2-2 2-3 ).

2.然后将抗干扰胶布撕开,平摊于桌面上,并且将喷头排线矩形部分左右前后均分粘贴与抗干扰胶布上(如图2-4),注意粘贴平整,接着从胶布中间开始翻折粘贴,粘贴过程中,不能有特别明显的褶皱。
Second, tear the single-side adhesive, put on the desk surface, and paste the print head flat cable on it(Seen 2-4). Smooth adhesive is necessary.

3.粘贴完成后(如图2-5),将喷头排线翻转根据2的方式粘贴另一边至(如图2*6 2-7)
Third, fold the flat cable to be pasted another surface (Seen 2-6, 2-7).

4.粘贴过程中,喷头千万得把持好,建议姿势参考(如图2-8)
While pasting, the way to hold the print head is suggested as Photo 2-8.

三:布基胶带的裁剪与粘贴
To cut out and paste with duct tape
1.将粘贴好抗干扰胶布的喷头排线一端粘贴上布基胶带,慢慢粘贴至另一端,确定长度,剪下布基胶带(如图2-9)
First, paste onto the duct tape and cut out proper length (Seen 2-9).

2.然后将布基胶带依然从中间开始,向两端翻折粘贴,必须无特别明显褶皱(如图2-10)
Second, fold and paste from the middle part to the side. No obvious distortion (Seen 2-10).

3.接着,将剩下的布基胶带翻折至完全粘贴完成(如图2-11),粘贴过程中,布基胶带总长度需稍微长于抗干扰胶布,达到两端完全覆盖抗干扰胶布(如图2-12)。
Third, fold and paste the rest part. The total length should be longer than single-side adhesive to make it full covered (Seen 2-12).

4.根据现场要求,喷头数量来粘贴,粘贴过程中,由于会用到剪刀等锋利工具,需要注意自己和他人的安全,以及喷头排线的安全,做到胆大心细。
Fourth, be aware of safe operation.
5.全部粘贴完成后,对粘贴过程中产生的垃圾进行适当的处理。
Fifth, handle the waste properly.

How to solve bad printing results?

Have you ever had this situation? It cost ten or tens of thousand dollars to buy UV flatbed printers. When the printers are ready to be put in productions, the printing results got too bad. There exist some dots or lines on the printings. What happened? Printer or ink problem? Improper operation? Are you losing money? Don’t worry. Some tips will help you out there.

Firstly, let’s see why the bad printers happened.
1. Printing orifice is blocked. UV printers are printed by dots, the printing pictures of which are composed of some dots. Any one orifice is blocked, you will get a bad printing result.

2. There exist slant printings. Slant printings means printing on a wrong position, resulting in some white lines in the right positions.

Secondly, let’s find out why blocked orifice and slant printings happen.
1. Bad quality of the printers. Congratulations… the printers are not good quality. Please make sure the company is really a good one to cooperate with. Besides the price, the comprehensive strengths and intangible services are also very important while choosing an industrial printer.

2. Bad quality of ink. The explanations are the similar to the above ones.

3. Maintenance. Keep the machines in proper environment. Generally it should be 20~35℃, 30~70%RH, and better a non-dust workshop.

4. Operating frequency. Long-time working is not good for any type of things. Give it a break and keep it in good working situation, it will work with you perfectly.
