一：由于粘贴对象属于贵重喷头，所以首先需要构造一个无尘布桌面，以及各种所需工具，如图（2-1）。喷头需轻拿轻放。
First a non-dust desk surface and tools below are needed (seen photo 2-1). The print head must be handled with care.

二：抗干扰胶布的裁剪与粘贴
To cut our and paste with single-side adhesive
1.首先截取抗干扰胶布长度320mm 大致与喷头排线矩形部分长度相同（如图2-2 2-3）。
First cut out 320mm-long single-side adhesive, similar to the length of the flat cables (Seen 2-2 2-3 ).

2.然后将抗干扰胶布撕开，平摊于桌面上，并且将喷头排线矩形部分左右前后均分粘贴与抗干扰胶布上（如图2-4），注意粘贴平整，接着从胶布中间开始翻折粘贴，粘贴过程中，不能有特别明显的褶皱。
Second, tear the single-side adhesive, put on the desk surface, and paste the print head flat cable on it(Seen 2-4). Smooth adhesive is necessary.

3.粘贴完成后（如图2-5），将喷头排线翻转根据2的方式粘贴另一边至（如图2*6 2-7）

三:布基胶带的裁剪与粘贴
To cut out and paste with duct tape
1.将粘贴好抗干扰胶布的喷头排线一端粘贴上布基胶带，慢慢粘贴至另一端，确定长度，剪下布基胶带（如图2-9）
First, paste onto the duct tape and cut out proper length (Seen 2-9).

2.然后将布基胶带依然从中间开始，向两端翻折粘贴，必须无特别明显褶皱（如图2-10）
Second, fold and paste from the middle part to the side. No obvious distortion (Seen 2-10).

3.接着，将剩下的布基胶带翻折至完全粘贴完成（如图2-11），粘贴过程中，布基胶带总长度需稍微长于抗干扰胶布，达到两端完全覆盖抗干扰胶布（如图2-12）。

4.根据现场要求，喷头数量来粘贴，粘贴过程中，由于会用到剪刀等锋利工具，需要注意自己和他人的安全，以及喷头排线的安全，做到胆大心细。

5.全部粘贴完成后，对粘贴过程中产生的垃圾进行适当的处理。

How to solve bad printing results?

UV Flatbed Printer Offers Printing with Coating ?

For UV flatbed printers, there are two printing technologies, one is coating-free printing, requiring the use of coating-free UV ink; the other one is printing with pre-coating, requiring the use of eco-solvent inks. The main difference between them is the ink type.

UV ink has a strong corrosive, which plays a similar role with coating. It makes slight corrosion on the surface of printing material, which makes ink with better adhesion. Solvent ink without corrosive must use pre-coating to improve the adhesion of ink.

First ,Put the uv printer on a level surface.

1.Random removing the electrical installation Lk of UV flatbed printersunder the condition of not shuting off the power switch,or cutting off the total power . This behavior will damage the service life of the systemand harm print head.
     
2.Random charging different kind of ink, or use the ink or cleaning liquid which the quality closes nevertheless. Two different Configuration ink hybrid will change the ink color and ink quality, quality will affect the print effect and block the ink nozzle.And the print head may be corrosion if using the cleaning liquid which the quality closes nevertheless
   
3.Using high pressure air gun cleaning energetically the nozzle.  If nozzle just be blocked  slightly, it is recommended to use a vacuum cleaner to ashes dust wash out, then a detailed cleaning, do not use this way.
     
4.Soaking the whole print head in the cleaning liquid. Cleaning liquid has some corrosive, so generally only Import appropriate cleaning liquid into the nozzle for cleaning.
     
5.Keeping  the cleaning liquid in the print head for more than 2 whole days.  Soak with cleaning liquid for a long time can be more effectively remove stains. But it will harm for the nozzles if more than 48 hours.
   
6.Cleaning print head by no quality products. Print head is very easy to be polluted and weared. So please use the product which is factory Specify product and passed quality inspection to clean print head.
     
7.Use external force to adjust the location of print head. Whether replace or fine-tuning print head, don't use brute force. Please treat the print head with caution according to the specification.
     
8.No paying attention to protect circuit boards and other internal systems when cleaning. Please shut off the power, and pay attention to let the water far away the circuit boards and other internal systems when cleaning .
     
9.Using ultrasonic cleaning machine to clean the print head for long time . In fact, There is no need to ultrasonic cleaning  if notice at ordinary times print head maintenance. Ultrasound can cause bad influence of print head. But if the congestion is serious, You need to use ultrasonic cleaning. A cleaning time up to 3 minutes. Why cannot the uv flatbed printer print on the mirror material ?

There is a customer asking, can the flatbed printer print on the mirror? it cannot. UV flatbed printer can print on the glass.but it cannot print on the mirror. What is the reason?
The reason of UV flatbed printer cannot print on the material such as mirror is that UV flatbed printer  mainly uses the uv ink. As we now know,uv ink will be solidification once saw the light. It is for this reason make that  the uv printer has the characteristics of print and dry as same time when using uv ink and uv lamp.
Mirror will make the uv ink solidification by reflecting uv light ,thus cause the nozzle clogging ,then damage to the print head.So everyone need to pay attention to this when using the uv flatbed printer.
But why dose the material such as crystal can be printed by UV flatbed printer? That is because that crystal material is refraction under UV light, only a small part of the light will illuminate to the nozzle, the effect is not very big. Thus,  crystal materials can be printed by uv flatbed printer. But considering the effect of the light refraction, Please try to choose dark when usually choosing a glass platform,  the refraction is more a bit less. It also can make the print head have the longer life.

How to Distinguish the Quality of UV Ink of UV Flatbed Printers?

UV flatbed and UV ink are inseparable. With many advantages,Uv ink are spreadly applied into markets. There is no doubt that UV ink is very important.Only by choosing nice ink can it offers nice printing effects.How to distinguish the quality of UV ink? Today Maxcan will explain for you.
First of all, to check the printing effects is easy way to check the quality of ink.In fact, there are so many parameters to measure the quality, but if our clients can understand 3 points as below, it will be OK to distinguish the quality of ink.
①Time of drying:It's necessary to make sure that print heads will not be clogged by ink.
②If it's easy to clog the print heads.
③Value of 3 original colors
To check the quality, there should be a standard. To choose original ink offered by suppliers is the best and convenient way.
1.Original ink of HP.EP's time of drying standard:Indoors the ink usually will not be dried within 100 days.To drop one inkdrop instead of water on the non-absorbent material,such as water caps to report the time.To check the drying time of inkdrops. If the drying time is fewer than 100 days, please don't use this ink.The drying time of ink will relect the suspending time of printers. If our clients don't turn on printers fluently, they should choose ink whose drying time is more than 100 days.Once the ink drys, it's hard to recover.
2.Standard samples of UV flatbed printers:(Remak:Though original ink is expensive, it's better to choose original ink to print the samples. It will save the cost in the future.)Operation on the computer:Start-Attachment-Painting-Drawing a frame less than A4 size-Choose the screen color code-Color box-Pour into frame.To use A4 size paper to print irrespectively,remeber to report the PASS quantity.After printing, mark the color code places in the screen to make sure the consistency of check.Then standard sample is ready.
To choose purchased ink to check the quality of ink,it will require A4 size paper to print,too.
①If the PASS quantity is less than that of original ink,it shows that the purchased ink has higher adhesion and greater tension.(Remark:higher adhesion:the printing will be with break lines;greater tension:the ink supply is not enough.)
②Compared with standard samples,the printing of purchased ink is with uneven colors and lines indicating the direction of print heads, it shows that the ink will clog the print heads.
③The colors are similar to that of standard samples, which shows that the reducibility of ink is very nice. If the colors are more shallow,the printing pictures will be more shallow. Otherwise,it will be deeper.
