Embossed effect on glass is often for building ornamental usage.Because it's ornament,there will be a high requirement for its precision. To meet the demands, it requires high-precision print head. Among print heads, currently EPSON heads are with the highest precision.As for SPT and KONICA heads, their smallest inkdrop is 12pl and 14pl while the inkdrop of EPSON head is only 3.5 PL. The smaller inkdrop is, the higher precision heads can provide. So compared with other heads, EPSON heads can provide the highest precision.
As for price of heads, a EPSON head costs 5,000 RMB, but a SPT head costs 12,000 RMB and a KONICA head costs 1,5000 RMB. So EPSON heads are cheaper.What's more, EPSON heads with eight columms of nozzles can use any column when one of them breaks down,which other print heads cannot provide.
Based on precision,price and the practicability, EPSON heads are better than other heads,which is better to print embossed effect on glass with high precision.
